This year’s 2nd annual DemWest couldn’t come at a more critical time for our public lands. This year’s Republican attacks on our public lands call for us to recommit to the public lands that breathe life into western Colorado.  

While extremists in Congress plot to privatize our wild spaces, Democrats are standing tall -- from the alpine lakes to the sagebrush plains -- to say public lands belong to all of us.

Join us at the GarCo Dems Spring into Action party and fundraiser on May 4th!

Let's gather together and help us become one, resist where we can, fight back where we can, and move our county and country forward. 

Our 4th annual Garfield County Democrats Spring into Action party & fundraiser will be May 4. Enjoy live music and taco bar on the beautiful patio of the Homestead Grill in Carbondale's River Valley Ranch. 

We will have a silent auction to support our local party and we will host leaders from our county and state.

2025 County Reorganization Meeting

At our Reorganization Meeting (aka Reorg) we will elect county party Officers, other members of the Executive Committee, and Bonus Members of the CD3, JD9, and State Central Committees. All registered Democratic voters in Garfield County are eligible to run. Everyone is welcome to join our Reorg meeting. Only members of the County Central Committee are eligible to vote.
